The Last Gate (FateBreak) is an arch of living stone on the edge of the world. Kings have opened it. Kings have closed it. Neither outcome ended well.
The Worldwound (Wheel of Ruin) is a tear where dimensions collide and the laws of nature become suggestions. Things that come through arrive wrong, the same person, but with a piece missing or a piece added.
Almost every Verse Wanderer in canon came through this pair, one way or the other.
