The Obsidian Spire
Wheel of Ruin · Tier 6
Place · Wheel of Ruin
A tower of black glass where forbidden knowledge is hoarded by mad scholars.
Bleed point. This place is thin, it touches the other layer. It pairs with The Veilspire across the Bleed (scrying crossing).
"The view from the top shows realities that shouldn't exist."
